Step 4. Minimal configuration steps in opnSense.
4.1 Login into opnSense Administration using Username root and Password which you have set in step 3.6 earlier. When you logged in first time, the system is unconfigured yet and you will be prompted to perform quick 6-step configuration wizard:

In wizard step 2 select proper timezone and DNS server:

In wizard step 3 pre-configure WAN interface. For this guide the Starlink (basic, GCNAT) internet connection is used. Starlink is expected it to assing IP address to WAN interface via DHCP, and RFC1918 private networks has to be enabled, due to GCNAT uses this pool:
Note: with Starlink Priority (and public IP), you will need to keep RFC1918 tick. And with different provider you will need to obtain the connectivity details and configure this page accordingly. It does not need to be 100% done in initial wizard, all configuration can be amended later.

In wizard step 4 just confirm pre-configured earlier LAN interface. Furhter configuration amendment on it will be done later:

In wizard step 5 re-enter your root password. Do not leave fields blank - either re-enter current password, or configure new.:

And wizard step 6 is just final Apply
